Boots on ground are quintessential for youths wading through rubble, polluted water, rusty tetanus nails and ruins from barrel-cluster and buster bombs as kids are pilfered with bullets and shrapnel,the scourge of soldiers.
Wars used to be fought on rural battlefields. Now they are battled in urban zones where people work shop and kids play. The latter is a violation against international Law and its Court system. For law and order to work, this necessity must be followed. Therefore a number of nations are guilty of war crimes. Only those who don't live on Earth are the exceptions.
