A PERSON DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SCHOLARLY TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS

That person has an extraordinary aptitude for creative artistic work; a  person of marked ability in any field; as science and invention, literature or the arts; a person who exerts great influence on others.  If this glove fits, wear it. Is POTUS one of these people who created and produced an inventive  TV show, etc.? If so, by the above description, he is a genius–clever enough to have street smarts to enable solving problems in unique ways. But he needs to have a historian live in the White House in a room next to him!
