The Constitutional Second Amendment gives right to protect oneself, family and nation with muskets and musket balls. But the World today must have personal means to reflect and protect we the people. However, this does not mean machine guns, deadly devices and arsenals that cause massacres of innocent people. We all have the right for protection of our lives. In addition, besides banning these these atrocious weapons, those who use them against humanity must be pushed with law and order. This would make criminal as the homeless mentally ill during the Reagan Administration. Then there are a variety of disturbed minds that cause violence and terrorism. We as a society must always be on the alert to curb mad insanity.
