Until 2003 the US Navy controlled a portion of Puerto Rico for a US militant training center on its beautiful white sandy beaches with so much noise and pollution. The indigenous people finally dispelled the US Navy from their land that America colonized and ceded in 1898 after the Spanish American War. Then in the 1970s James Abourezk, an American Indian Senator, exposed in Congress intentional genocide of America's indigenous people and Puerto Ricans. This history is coupled with manipulates climate change and drastic weather changes that can cause increased hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, huge waves of tsunomis and volcano eruptions. The latest blows come from recently increased hurricanes and tornadoes that devasted the Island nation, a Commonwealth of the United States. This short history records HAARP, (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program). The seeding of clouds during the Vietnam War involved the secret war in Laos and Cambodia where clouds were seeded to prolong the natural monsoon season to keep enemy supplies from getting through, an early device of what became HAARP.
