Inequality and dishonesty breed contempt in international affairs. Developing countries are paranoid with fear of big nations and their dangerous nuclear arsenals that make the big guns targets of one another. This off balance provokes aggressive toxic wars in which combat soldiers handling nuclear and chemical weaponry give birth to deformed and mangled infants from illegal depleted uranium that still has its destructive power. The U.S. used depleted uranium in Syria and in the Gulf and Iraqi wars. Meanwhile little nations attempt to compete with the same arsenals for security and protection that the war hawk nations have through stock piles of nuclear bombs and missiles. Presidents Reagan, Obama and Trump all expressed the need for complete denuclearization in every nation. Where is justice with her balanced scales? The first nation to do this noble historic act will be the master mind, a real hero. Carrying through any threat of nuclear weapons would start WW III that would utterly blow up Earth's nitrogen and devastate the atmosphere with poisonous emissions. Our precious planet would be totally uninhabitable
