FEMA is overwhelmed from the natural destruction of such places as Puerto Rico with its three severe hurricanes in recent times and in Hawaii all built on top of precarious volcano islands. As in wars, natural disasters provoke refugees without homes. These are more frequent and most destructive battles han ever before, with the U.S and U.K. being sued from gross infant birth defects including infants born with more than one head, nerve and brain disorders and gross abnormalities from carpet bombing Fallujah, Iraq staring in 2003 by G,W, Bush and Dick Cheney. We must all come to grips with this inhumane reality. Man has become his worst enemy provoked by war hawks lusting for bigger and more devastating nuclear and chemical genocidal weaponry such as nuclear missiles, satanic arsenals filling the atmosphere with toxic emissions causing cancer of every kind and a contaminating the environment. So who really cares that nations get away with murder as war hawks cause trillion dollar debts for overwhelming military genocidal weaponry? War crimes go unheeded for lack of enforcement. Laws are powerless without enforceme.
