We are well on the way by contaminating foreign bases. When one is abandoned or moved to a new location the government does not clean up its oil and gas contamination that internationally does damage to the environment. The military years ago tried to put a base on Earth's Moon, to shoot nuclear bombs on the only planet that has evolved to human and all forms of life. It's obvious militant minds must go through more evolution. What kind of a sick mind would even think of bombarding Earth's only home land for human beings and all forms of life!
Right now we do not know of any other heavenly body that has taken countless years to progress. The military in all nations relies on the latest black powder and nuclear weaponry that is obsolete and old fashioned. The world is on the edge of the worst historical holocaust through cyber warfare and man-made manipulation of climate-cauasing drastic extremest weather.
