Sadly most people in the three mainstream ideological religions all condemn same gender activity of any kind found in their archaic texts written when men thought the eclipse was a monster taking a bite out of the moon. These fanatics all base their opinions on their own holy books. Taken to extremes some of their members have been radicalized and take automatic guns to public places to shoot and kill innocents due to what they have been taught to hate all their lives.
The words they use are filled with hatred as they terrorize with automatic guns because they all have preconditioned fundamentalist minds from the time of their birth, their parents' faiths–three related Semitic persuasions. But young people, especially since Bernie Sanders' revolution against the established big money government that buys elections, are leaving their temples, churches and mosques narrow-mindsets behind. The youths are more concerned over democratic ideas of justice and equality among social classes and good jobs that provide salaries to support their working middle class families.
Can we really blame them for wanting a change for a better life instead of the old crusader Inquisitional terrorism than once ruled the Roman Empire as religion empowered by the force of government ruled the ancient's lives? Today in Europe and elsewhere these sites of horror still mark where unbelievers were burned alive on stakes or beheaded when reformers wanted a better world. They all weren't Catholics who disobeyed the Pope. Poor scientist Michael Servetus who was medically studying the human pulmonary system He lost his life when John Calvin, founder of Presbyterianism, decided he must be killed because this scienetists didn't believe in the Trinity.. When we as religionists refuse to accept these barbaric facts, we will never get out of the muddy rut of endless religions wars still exploding and contaminating beautiful Earth as I write.
