Many young people aren't even joining the military, a new trend. They don't want to sacrifice their precious lives on battlefield altars for burnt offering to the warped gods of ancient war.
Hawkish military leaders have un-satappetites for all out total wars that only bring obscene proofits to corporate government industrial .weapons manufacturing futile endless serial wars in foreign lands and arms sales that often backfire on courageous soldiers.
The world is pleading for peace economies, even though wars are often proxy and subject to International Law and its Court. No nation on Earth has the right to say they don't abide by law and order. Only crazed politicians believe in the continuation of the Big Three related faiths still killing one another for power and land, the same old religious aggression that fears will change. Until there is an anti-war woman elected for U.S. presidency, unenlightened men and women will not cease fire not evern for the sake of the lives of their own children.
