Kim Jung Un who murdered his aunt, uncle and anyone who stands in the way must never set off another nuclear bomb and must be subdued. This rotund brass-button popping young man doesn't care about anyone or anything except himself. Hillary Clinton, queen bee of sanctions calls for even more against N. Korea. But even though she rants about how many women and children she cares about, no one has the total amount of foreign women and kids who have starved because of sanctions that harm women and children the most. Meanwhile this dangerous dictator of North Korea will never starve. The three steps to stop his violations of nuclear proliferation and other offenses against his own people, the Geneva Convention that made weapons of mass genocide illegal, and International Law and its Court could be solved by the following:
1. The United Nations unity under an umbrella if its flag of nations could threaten the top leaders o N. Korea that their military institutions and nuclear bombs would be destroyed if they didn't control the delinquent dictator acting like a teenager. If this didn't start by a close certain date the bombing would begin under enforcement of all UN members.
2. To be just and fair all the time nuclear powers plus others must immediately start destroying their own nuclear arsenals, as what was promised since a nuclear world war would by total mutual devastation for Earth and all forms of life. To make these obsolete threatening nuclear bombs destroyed on a regular basis, could be quite competitive with monthly reports on who was eliminating the most bombs, until Earth became nuclear free, the goals of presidents Ronald Reagan and Obama. Not long ago Japan declared they were nuclear free. However, that nation must have help with introduction of renewable energy.
3. The nuclear code must also be banned. No president can be at ease with a drop kick football carried around with them wherever he or she goes. This system of insanity was devised by grown men acting like little boys playing with a futile game of slash and burn fire.
