This is the most comprehensive book/essay about global musicians' lyrics crying out for world peace. The songster harbinger prediction advocates the survival of Earth, humanity and all forms of life. This means absolute elimination of nuclear aggression and threats with radioactive genocidal proxy/outright wars by entanglement in foreign civil wars.
Nuclear radioactive weaponry and toxic archaic wars must cease. We must change our warmongering fixation. Worldwide musicians are often combat veterans such as Tony Bennett, his son Danny and Harry Belafonte–now pacifists. Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr. and Beyonce are among many other singers and songwriters who also believe these facts. A nuclear code "football" vould blow up half a continent! How irresponsible is this?
There is no peril greater than fear of global nuclear weaponry, atomic bombs and poisonous chemical wars. As retired President Mikhail Gorbachev of the former USSR wrote, "Nuclear wars are not acceptable." What happened to nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation treaties? Power nations storing nuclear bombs trigger revenge from less powerful countries that turn rogue and dangerous to the entire world. Hot and cold war mindsets make Earth vulnerable and less protected.
President Truman unilaterally gave word to nuke Japan and start the rumor that his decision was the best, even though it caused millions around the world to die. Agent Orange caused babies to be born deformed in the Vietnam War as toxic chemicals also do to soldier parents as the winds of war rotate around the globe causing untold numbers of cancerous deaths and suffering.
Presidents Reagan and Obama prudently and judiciously called for a nuclear bomb free nation. The world knows no nation should ever have nuclear bomb strength because politicians are mortals and make mistakes along with gross misunderstanding. The U.S. and Russian have 95% of nuclear bomb aggressive capability. And who knows how much China and Israel have hidden?
Environmentalists are trying to keep humanity from blowing up to smithereens–a word coined during the perilous nuclear age that needs urgent attention. When a nation has nukes they threaten with nukes. And one never knows who the next country is to carry out their genocidal threats?
Getting back to Songbird Angels, worldwide music is more powerful than war. When Hudson River singers such as Pete Seegers, Bob Dylan and Joan Biez protested the Vietnam War, their strong song lyrics helped bring the end to the Vietnam War War in the 1970s.

author of Entire Songbird Angels for International Peace, post March, 3, 2017 donated free, as she did when presenting all members of Congress copies of Apsaalooka, The Crow Nation Then and Now, at her own expense. The Second Century of Dishonor of American Indians (215 illustrated pages) to help this nation within a nation fighting a government survey that was wrong and incorrect in favor of feds.
NOTE: Helen Hunt Jackson in 1881 wrote the First Century of Dishonor that was given to all members of Congress at her own expense. But her book influenced the detested Dawes Allotment Act in which the government pilfered billions of trust money from First Americans and also stole their land through agents of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), an agency that could be eliminated.. This insidious act also tried to take indigenous sovereignty from indigenous peopl3 –their Constitutional rights–through lawyer' long complex dogmatic legalese–confused the original people! This act also forced Indians to become Christians, cut their braids and didn't allow them to retain their original language. Yet immigrants to the United States never had these human rights taken from them. The Dawes Act made First Americans suffer excruciatingly. It was illegitimate from the start.
Besides, the Treaty of Tripoli in 1700s enforced the fact that "America was not founded on Christianity."
And lest we forget "International Angel Day for Peace" is September 10–am marking it on my calendar.
