An evangelical hawk marching to the beat of war that is hell is globally dangerous. That the church controls the mind of man, there is no doubt. And this conditioning can often lead to wars that we the people do not want, such as the Bush war endangering the stability of the Middle East as it ushered in a more powerful ISIS. When he said "God told him to attack Iraq" America was doomed for revenge.
For some reason evangelicals are proud to sacrifice youths in needless wars repeated again and again n patriotic prayers. But patriotism gone awry is blatantly taking advantage of youths to die and become wounded soldiers. Safer defense is avoiding combat in the first place with good international relationships that include diplomacy, negotiation and showing respect to foreign nations by knowing the history of their cultures. Soldiers always are in demand in a world of radical climate change that causes tragedies with people in drastic conditions needing military aid. Beside, America must let the people of their own regions take care of Isis. We must learn the lesson of Vietnam murders to get rid of Communism. Well, it didn't work. The ideology of Communism is alive and will cease when the people involved rise up and demand revolution.. International Law must be enforced as the United Nations remain strong. The U.S. is not the cop of the world. America for strength must unite with other nations to stop inhumane abuse.
Personally I do not subscribe to any of the three sectarian law religions, Jew, Christian and Muslim. I think for myself in a spiritual humanitarian way. Many evangelicals are very nice people. However it will take years for the masses to realize that programmed, conditioned religionism of the Big Three Abrahamic branches still slaughter members of their own persuasions based on the Hebrew Bible that causes vicious rivalry among this Semitic related family dynasty.
We are witnessing this ring of fire that has kept the world hostage and hostile to one another for centuries, as the bombs and toxic ammo are exploding in the lower atmosphere with lethal emissions as I write. Remember when the Catholics and Protestants were killing and blowing up one another in Ireland? And what about the Thirty Years war of religion. Now in the unstable Middle East, following the G.W. Bush illegal Iraq attack, the Sunnis and the Shiites are in the same kind of stew with proxy wars making these religious sects even more complex. In this chaotic world the Christin KKK and Muslim ISIS still terrorize humanity.
In a democracy there is always free speech and the right to believe in the faith of our parents. This is the way it should be. However, when faith affects the fate of the entire world in a holocaustal way, we all suffer. Listen to the words of evangelical candidates campaigning for presidency. They all are militant and want to expand an already bloated war economy, as Crusaders march on to war with the cross of Jesus–the great peacemaker who would never condone racist religious wars.
