Why didn't International Court Convict him and his corrupt administration that caused untold thousands of deaths and deformed babies in Fallujah from carpet bombing of toxic outlawed chemicals and the aftermath of multiple wounded young warriors' sorrow and grief along with that of their families? Also, this unlawful attack caused ISIS to become powerful, what set the world on fire with extremist terrorism.

On the Bush watch the tragedy of September 11, 2001 happened because he refused to talk with the Saudis who hijacked planes to destroy the Twin Towers–if the U.S. didn't close its military bases on Arabian soil. Would the American Government allow the construction of Saudi Arabian bases on U.S. land?
