September 11, 2001 was on G.W. Bush's watch when he was warned if US didn't get its military bases out of Saudi Arabia, something terrible would happen to Washington DC and New York City. What would happen if foreign nations would build their bases in the US? By now everyone must know futile wars cause diseases and millions of refugees with countless people dying and suffering that ends in what we are witnessing today, cause and effect.
But the international problem erupts and explodes even in the aftermath when International Law and its Court fail to enforce justice. By the way all nations on Earth are included in International Law. Without law and order, a nation becomes a dangerous pariah, such as North Korea and Iran causing more war torn testing of nuclear missiles whose toxic weaponry hasten the demise of Earth–how all nuclear radio active ballistic bombs and missiles do to Earth and all sorms of life.
When egregious inaction occurs entire global chaos results as other nations see how easy it is to be irresponsible for corrupt evils of omission that can be even worse than sins of commission. When rogue reckless countries set an example of breaking laws with no punitive action, what can we expect?
