PROFESSOR LESTER SPENCE FROM JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERISTY HAS MORE INSIGHT ON RACISM THAN HUNDREDS OF CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS

No matter how much government treasury is spent on inner cities it won't work to alleviate the racism problem.  Many times these funds are held back on neighborhoods "not worthy of the cost."  It's this corrosive attitude that keeps prisons thriving in America.

Dear Ones,

It's the bad political system that must stop its incessant incarceration through a U.S. Jim Crow police system that for decades has provoked calling night sticks, "nigger" sticks–from Pittsburgh to Texas and the entire nation.

When human beings are denied respect, dignity and their inherent human rights, there will always be battles and wars.  All the praying in the world won't stop this brutality.  Only through a change in a corrupt system will make Earth a better place to live.

Millions of governmental money is wasted in  prisons instead of secular education in depressed areas.  It is especially insidious when youths grow up in fear of police, with parents training their children to get receipts even for a candy  bar so they won't be accused of stealing.  In non-American African gated communities for "white flight"  no parent would ever have to tell a child to do that.
