THERE'S NO SAFETY IN LONE WOLf EXTREMIST BEHAVIOR AND SURPRISE ATTACK–ONLY JUSTICE, HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUALITY BRING SECURITY

All the world's fire arms, high tech bombs and nuclear nosecone missiles could not prevent September 11, 2001 overwhelming shock and awe.  Only when governments listen to one another regarding each other 's complaints will nations get along.

Dear Ones,

The born-again Bush administration refused to talk with the Saudi Arabians about the U.S. military bases on their land.  I saw the message crawl across the TV screen.  In short, :"If you don't get your military bases off our land, something horrible will happen to  New York and Washington."  The staff completely ignored this threat.

If qualified professional arbitrators from both nations would have met to negotiate a realistic agreement, 911 would not have happened.  But the policy of this administration was, "We don't talk to the enemy"–even though Saudi Arabia is not a U.S. foe.   It is over time, for nations fearful that there religion will be taken from them, get together to talk and listen to what the others are saying.

Furthermore,  it is quintessential that the leaders of religious dogmas of contempt realize they are part of wars and must be held accountatble.  In other words, they have to sort out their own differences instead of foreign countries getting caught in the cross-fire.
