If any nation truthfully doesn't intend to cause other Japanese atomic holocausts around the world, that same nation supports domestic infrastructure perilously in need of repair, instead of threats by storing, manufacturing and exporting more massive nuclear weapons of genocide and devastation against all forms of life and Earth's environment.
