The Second Anglo-Boar War from 1899-1902 to gain South African gold and diamonds for the queen of England was the first war in history that the victors (British) rebuilt what they destroyed, even before the Marshal Plan of WW II offered loans to war losers for reconstrution. Trillions of dollars spent for war and aftermath reconstruction is Pyrrhic money–not worth its cost in young lives and devastation to Earth as the environment is in danger from all the man-wad industrial war emissions, carbon and greenhouse gases.

Endless wars among the three related Semitic law religions go around in circles, energy that should be used for good instead of bad. But through all the corrupt insidious strategy and tactics of war the worst is condemning others through sanctions that mostly harm and destroy children and their mothers. Meanwhile government politicians ignore this fact.
The Unites States contributes more food supplies to needy nations than any other country. If only the amount could be increased one hundred fold by using taxpayers money for this purpose stead of taking sides in endless fickle religious wars that are losers.
