It is a travesty against justice still to this day in the annals of time. Added to this injustice is the breaking of 400 Indian Treaties, the highest law of the land. The US Constitution states it "has a duty to protect Indian nations within the nation of America." First Americans have inherent sovereign rights that can't by broken at the whim of United States politicians. Most citizens are on the side of the original people, who are also citizens, and our voices will be heard!
