"AND HE SHALL JUDGE AMONG THE NATIONS AND REBUKE MANY PEOPLE . . . NATIONS SHALL NOT LIFT UP SWORD AGAINST NATION; NEITHER SHALL THEY LEARN WAR ANY MORE"–taken from the ancient Bible common to the original Abrahamic Semitic religions.
Men of Earth sacrifice youths as burnt offerings to imaginary gods for war in battle zones world wide. The wisdom of prophets is found in the book of Isaiah, chapter two verse four.
General Collin Powell warned the Bush Administration, "If you attack Iraq you'll own it." In a sense the U.S. did just that–exploding a sovereign nation to ruins–a country that never attacked the U.S. The responsibility for building it back up is part of "nation building." It doesn't work in the Middle East since the military is ignorant about culture and its past. Where are qualified historians to keep nations from repeating the mistakes of the yesterday."
Dear Ones,
Going to war to kill the ideology of ISIS is futile. The Middle East must solve its own uncivilized civil religious wars. These are endless birds-nest problems so complex and so ancient. If we stop now we will not have the horrifying fear of retaliation. Besides, experienced generals have already warned stopping terrorism of ISIS will cost decades of grief and sorrow to the world.
The Vietnam War that protesters were up in arms over finally came to an end in 1975. The Geneva Conference in 1945 divided Viet Nam into North (communist) and South (non-communist) sections, The U.S. presidents didn't do it. The atrocities on both sides were grim.
But the war stopped because North and South Vietnamese came to grips with it themselves, a truce line, as did Cambodia and Laos, where women today are still donating bombs that U.S. and its allies dropped, with some duds that didn't go off dangerous to themselves and their children. There were so many carpet bombs dropped that Laos became a recycled metal nation,
Lets get a grip ourselves on the real solution to end ISIS, just as the American Crusading cross-carrying (word derived from word "cross") Ku Klux Klan at last lost its power and clout through law and order. The U.S. is not responsible for foreign government laws. America is already helping the grim situation through humanitarian means. No one retaliates from moral, ethical humane ideals,
Any nation having its soldiers' footprints on foreign land has a perilous disadvantage. Combatants with their boots on their own land know the territory. General Edward Braddock's army in the battle of the Monongahela (the old battlefield now Braddock, PA) was slaughtered because the American Indians hid between trees and were camophlaged with tree branches during a surprise attack.. The British marched out in the open in bright red uniforiforms.
