WHY DO RELGIONS HAVE A BLACK, DEMONIC HISTOR\Y OF TERRORIZING RIVAL FAITHS?

All cultures have black marks when it comes to conquering one another for land, power and control, But inhumane torture and murder in the names of gods go back to man's fear of the unknown and the superstition he invokes to try to appease the gods with sacrificing their most beloved treasures–their children.  Primitive superstitious people knew nothing about science and evolution.

Dear Ones,

Meanwhile, the facts of history speak for themselves.  Bloody crusades (meaning "cross") were the scourge, the scorching and burning that spread across Europe.  During the cross-bearing Inquisition Torquemada, the chief torturer, was put in charge of the murders if unbelievers refused to conform to They are beyond the pale. The devices used for torture countered the teachings of their great prophets, sometimes called gods.

When any religion preaches that it is "God's chosen" belief, refugee-causing wars arise and to this day haven't stopped due to retaliation going around in endless circles.  Peace and humanitarian aid never cause revenge.  As Virgil, born in 70 B.C.E. wrote,"There is no safety in war."
