The international industrial military complex manufacturing toxic contaminating weapons and bombs have more than enough wealth to finance charismatic teachers in the world to teach humanitarianism in schoola that also unite for law & order, a challenging cause. Unfortunately the young villains commit militant suicide bombing and lone wolf murderers for pie in the sky when they die. No god would ever reward the murder of his creations. Even if this ludicrous promise was possible, the rewarded would have returned to Earth long ago to cheer and brag.
These trained leaders would teach the history of how the original three related Semitic religious institutions have radical extremists that branched away from their traditional faiths. They have been trying to exterminate one another for centuries. Here bully pulpits within these mega institutions with educational tools can provide offices to manage the rescue of animals within their own nations their their own means to lead youths from becoming suicide bombers. An enticing salary for these leaders would also help stop surprise attacks that is now a world-wide fear. It's the old "each one teach one" method of education that was developed by ancient Africans eons ago. And it eventually pays for itself.
Those employed to save cats and dogs from animal rescue centers where many are killed from lack of space or other reasons would find ways to distribute the animals to the misled youths to love and in turn the animals would love them–natural therapy to conquer hatred and violence. This new positive cause would help the the youths from blowing up others and themselves.
Although my proposal is wild, so are feral cats and dogs. Militant street gang members are brainwashed severely and end up feral themselves. Perhaps they could recognize their own violent behavior as they begin to sense compassion, love and caring for animals who also have gone out of control.
Just think of the movie that could be made, even a TV series. Many young men, even misled women, could work on the scenes. Others could act within the story and become famous. oung immature men conditioned and programmed as weak robots would revolt from following older robots like sheep jumping off a cliff. A struggle would follow. From out of a bloody, gory environment these victims of religious extremism and brutal war training would be transformed by helping the world of cats and dogs, Some would design fantasy palaces for them as the newest thing in boarding kennels. There'd be no end to other ideas pertaining to these animals–a win win situation for humans and animals alike. And of course love between two of the recovering villains would a vivid part of the drama.
The above proposal may be an impossible dream, but the youths who would have their minds opened would gain unconquerable souls, thus saving themselves as well as the animals,
