Racism is systemic in the United States. One of the building blocks of the Constitution reflects the sin of omission, not commission, as part of the political system. America's fathers failed to stop slavery since most were plantation owners in the North and South. James Madison did not believe in human bondage.

England stopped slavery in Parliament in the 1830's and didn't have to go to war, to boot! In the U.S. Civil War of 1861-65 over 70,000 soldiers and a million horses were killed.
It took centuries for first Native Americans and American Africans to shake off ingrained shackles of being intentionally disfranchised with no human rights. But racist prejudice now concealed comes out in Trump's words. He has become the spokesman for racists, even though he is not one of them. In political endless wars and voting, anything seems to go.
Perilous unsafe chaos mirrors United States as top brain-washed violators killing randomly by war weaponry. New laws as well as the old gun/ammo laws need to be enforced by vetting gun owners state-wide, especially the newcomers.
Donald Trump, although non racist, plays into the hands of cowardly bigots fearing dark complected people whose ancestors for millions of ears lived near the equator that darkened their skin as some moved out of the hot areas and became pale skinned, all now part of everyone's DNA. Meanwhile, the racists are afraid to say what Trump is saying, what wins their votes.
Get over name calling human beings "blacks" and "whites." It only divides people for hatred that often ends in gun shooting. We no longer peg people as yellows or red, accept for the Washington, D.C. Redskins. We have more respect for cattle than we do ourselves. Cows and steers are named according to their places of origin, like nationalities. Many are Holsteins, not blacks (early code for slave) and whites.
