Nation building must be done by each nation's own culture. When any nation barges into unfamiliar foreign territory with wild west guns, bombs and polluting weaponry, it is nation destroying. Then in the chaotic aftermath of warrior leaders continuing to fight, to replace mosques with rival churches, is an added slap in the face.

America is better than that. America the beautiful was founded on liberty, justice and happiness. Fortunately most of the founding fathers and mothers believed in these goals. However, most of the plantation owners allowed slavery by not abolishing the atrocity of keeping American Africans and American Indians in bondage against their inherent rights. (Prisoners of wars were the original slaves.)
For this insidious sin of omission, the United States still has a vicious race problem. After the Civil War, the leaders were afraid of an uprising against them for the vicious brutality. They blamed the Bible and decided through their own mentality that "God had made some people black and therefore they must be subhuman." Throughout history many nationalities with dark skin from their ancestors for thousands of years living along the equator and running freely along sandy beaches and ocean spray have been persecuted for having dark complexions. In Pittsburgh. PA it has only been in recent years that Africans, Jews and Italians were permitted to join country clubs.
From the beginning of the founding of the United States, slave masters made up their own laws to keep the "freed" people from attacking them in revenge. They were completely disfranchised in the aftermath of war.
It has taken this long for American Africans to at last protest with success in obtaining security from rogue police forces. African posters now read, "Black lives matter." But shouldn't they be identifying themselves as American Africans (islanders and all who were taken there by masters of hate) since the color black applied to human beings started out on slave records as "blacks," well documented. When a people are denied their origin in a country or continent, their lives are turned asunder. What's wrong with identifying human beings by their nationalites, equally across the board?
