Historically documentation explains why the great nation of the United States is hated. Sadly America the free with invaluable principles and values are seen by the minority of "white" people who think they are supreme with exclusive rights to these good values. America is better or must do better than that. Global moral fabric is international, not limited to one ideology. This bias is basically what causes ingrained, programmed and controlled mentality held mostly by the uneducated passed on generation to generation.

Lest we forget, early European immigrants to America were mostly influenced by the church and vast Roman Empire. Popes and sequestered scribes or monks controlled the world of the illiterate. The only ones who could write were these religionists writing in Latin. As a result the history of the United states treatment of humanity is burdened by prejudice and vicious abuse toward first American "Indians" followed by imported African Americans and now by American Muslims, all who are called heretics, nothing more than unbelievers of church dogma.
The common denominator for the first fellow Americans forced into slavery is the tone of their complexion determined by how many thousands of years their ancestors lived near the equator. This truth is found in Encyclopedia Britannia. The hue of their skin wasn't determined by a story of Noah's son, Ham, sent into Egypt in Africa as a slave since he looked at his naked father! It's too ridiculous to even utter.
As a result. America has a history of dark skin phobia. Indigenous people, American Africans, Jews, Italians and Muslims have been banned from country clubs. One in Ligonier, PA used to display a sign having the bold words, NO GENTILES ALLOWED. This included restaurant bigotry NO RED SKINS. Finally the U.S. got over pegging human beings as yellow when award-winning novelist Pearl Buck chided Americans about yellow word pejorative abuse, and we no longer call American Indians red, except or the Washington, D.C. football team. If we could also get over divisive labeling "blacks" and "whites"–what causes centuries of religious racist wars. We're at least half way there.
Now fast forward to the present. History is not one of America's best subjects. But the followers of Islam know their own history and the bloody Crusades (derived from Latin word cross), why they still speak vehemently against Crusaders.
Cause and effect, the only thing that foreign Muslims witness are U.S. carpet bombs and bullets, with no knowledge of all the benevolence of Americans. Therefore it's easy for brainwashed Muslims to recruit young people around the world to rebel against past history. If the world would follow the good teaching of their prophets and make friends instead of enemies, hatred would turn to love. A spoon full of sugar makes people smile as a spoon full of vinegar makes them frown, the truth of peace versus war. Sunshine is more powerful than storm clouds raining bullets of sorrow.
